Creative solution to connect MSU's Arts & Arch. facilities
3 days

Currently, the four schools that comprise the College of Arts & Architecture function independently from each other. Our design proposes the collaberation of the four MSU facilities through program and physical connection.

PROGRAM: By disecting the usable space within each building, we are able to understand the relationships between classroom sizes and scopes. This allows classes to be spread among the buildings, giving students the chance to experience each building throughout the semester.

RETROFIT: With students from every program of the College of Arts & Architecture occupying any building at any given time, social opportinities arise. Our design encourages this new interaction by establishing a centralized walkway with nodes for intereaction among students.
